The Trumpet Will Sound . . .

Paul has played the trumpet since he was Silas' age. He plays much better now than he did at that age, I'm sure. Since we hope that Silas will follow in his Dad's steps in learning and loving the horn, we couldn't resist buying him one for Christmas. His facination began not too long ago when Paul began practicing at home again. Silas has since become facinated with the horn and even once tried to carry it upstairs! Oops! Here is the new instrument in our family. Oh, by the way, it's not as loud as I thougt it would be. It is definately music to my ears - and I am loving that he is loving music. (But he mostly plays the same note - over and over and over. . .)
